On this day, we paused to clean, decorate, and honor every piece of machinery—from our mixers and ovens to the smallest tools on the line—with fruits, flowers, incense, and the traditional aarti. This ritual is a reminder that beyond technology, it’s skill, intention, and gratitude that truly drive innovation and quality in everything we produce.
